Basic Setup and Configuration
The recommended method to wire the cameras is to connect the camera to the NVR using an Ethernet cable. Both NVR and Camera are equipped with PoE (Power Over Ethernet) module and the Ethernet cable can transfer both data and power to the camera. In this case, the power plug on the camera is not used
You may also connect the camera to a local area network (LAN) by adding the IP address of the camera in the NVR and specifiy the camera credentials. In such case please connect the camera to a PoE switch that will supply power to the camera. If you are connecting the camera to a router, then a 12 V DC (0.5-1 A) power adapter is required to connect to the power plug on the camera
The default username of NVR and IP camera is admin
There is not default password for both NVR and IP camera. Please leave the field blank for the first time you log into your system. We strongly recommend to change your default password for the NVR for security and privacy protection purpose.
Please send us a message via www.ensotronic.com/contact and our team member will help you to reset the password to your device
Follow the instrctions to connect all the wires of your system:
1. Connect the 60ft Ethernet cable to the camera and NVR
2. Connect the HDMI Calbe to a TV or Monitor
3. Connect the mouse to the USB port on the NVR
4. Connect a shorter Ethernet cable (not included) to a router. This will allow the NVR to connect to the Internet and to be viewed remotely from the mobile Apps. If you don not wish to connect the NVR online, you can skip this step and the NVR will still work as a standalone system.
5. Connect the power adater to the NVR
6. Connect the power adater to a wall outlet (100V~240V AC) and turn on the power swtich on the NVR
7. Wait for NVR to boot up and follow the on-screen wizard to complete initial set up

You will have to port forward your NVR only if you want to remote view your NVR directly from the internet while your network (or Firewall) does not our P2P service to stream the video. In most cases, if you have only on router in your network, you can use the P2P access by using the Device serial number. In such case, port forwarding is not needed.
Mobile Remote Access
